Our furniture is made from solid wood, predominantly of Scandinavian origin. 

Oak, birch and beech are the most common but we also use cherry, elm and occasionally pine. 

Wood is a living material and it changes it shape depending on the climate.  In a dry room, the wood contracts and when there is more

moisture in the air the wood expands.  These movements never stop - but they do lessen with time, and because of this

all of our pieces are designed to move with the materials being used.  In some pieces we also use other Scandinavian materials such as steel, l

imestone and granite for added impact or function.  This use of steel and stone sets our furniture aside from most other suppliers.
